Paul Seheult was one of attendees at the Cepic Congress which allowed him to meet with many agencies from the UK, Europe and around the world under one roof. A hectic schedule of meetings and seminars was only broken up with a few social gatherings where the dicussions on the finer details of the picture industry continued.
