A big thank you to the Alliance For IP, for organising British IP Day at Westminster once again. It was a day when the case for ring-fencing the robust UK copyright system, which is at the heart of the world-beating UK creative industries, could be put to politicians of all parties. These are the people who will decide the fate of copyright in the coming years, as it faces an unprecedented assault from tech. Once again, the creative sector is standing together to help protect UK copyright principles which ensures creators can do what they do best, create works that inspire and sustain us. Thank you also to PRS for Music and DACS for hosting the evening reception at the House of Commons, which is always a successful close to British IP Day.
